That is correct the blade is wrong for a TF. Went to get it cut and the key cutter told me it's the wrong profile.I tried it in the lock and it wont fit.

Any one with an F fancy a free flip key?

I know this is an old thread but does the old blade easily fit in where the new blade is? Is there much fettling to be done? I want to do this as having a separate fob and key is a little old school!

it's not a simple switch old/new.
You need a blade made for for the flip key.
Probably it's not impossible to machine the old blade but I'm not sure if one ever tried it??

as ever,
