Sithmaull CR41G is right. Your new speakers are probably too much for the amp. It's a common mistake to assume the the higher the rating the louder the volume. The speakers do need to have an RMS (not peak and the 200 watts will be peak) similar or slightly higher than the amp output. You will need a separate amp to drive those speakers.
