Given the oil temp gauge is about as handy as a spare prick at a wedding, you’re probably better off binning it and fitting an oil pressure gauge instead

Just to throw a spanner into the works, many of the 1995 pre-production SVC cars (mine included) were fitted with the 170c gauge!

Our early production F (initial batch of 200) has a 150C oil temperature gauge. Our later, Dec-built 1995, has a 170C gauge.
