Andy, was nice to see the 'F' buyers guide quoting typical £1000 for a 'useable' F...so looks like prices starting to rise in serious circles. as 15 months ago 'useable' Myfanwy cost me £650 and that was from a garage in London (personally i would class her as better than useable)
