Hi all i have an mgf and i want to jack it up, front/back one at a time, were is the best area to jack it up ?.

Good stuff from Bacchus as always.

My tip: drive the relevant end tyres centrally up onto a couple of bricks before jacking: gives a bit more clearance. :broon:

And: safety message: that I'm sure you know anyway, but..... put axle props securely under before getting beneath. Never work under a car supported only by a jack. No matter how much the jack cost. :yesnod: and chock the wheels you're not jacking up.
It will be all right in the end. If it isn't all right yet, then it is not yet the end..

The diagram above is of the TF the F has an additional string to its bow. :yesnod:

There is a central rear jacking point :woo2: beautifully painted yellow in the photo below.
