How about this, my first attempt

Ok I have had a go, and here is what I came up with. Here it is as an animated favicon.



and here is a larger preview without the animation

Not sure how it shrinks down though.

OK. So I don't know how anything survives being shrunk down to 16 x 16



Are you sure it's 16 x 16 as all the other site icons look bigger than that.

In fact I've taken the liberty of downloading it (hope thats ok David), cropped it and resized it to show what it would look like in place (as a favicon)

Just out of curiosity how about a gauge or dial with 'T' in the centre? Do we think it's possible?

My first idea was a was a dial but once you reduced it, it just ended up as a circle with a T
