Was using my Pscan unit earlier today and although having it since 2014 have only now noticed it has a number on the underside (000033). Just curious if this is a serial number of the numbers built?

I don't know but mine has one.

Unit number is important information to Philip in case that you have problems with your hardware and in case modification on the hardware is needed due to new functionalities.
