Rear window sealing strip
Morning I`m about to start fitting a replacement window in my TF is there a special foam strip or can you improvise .Also started to refurbish wheel which were quite marked .Just waiting to collect spray tin of Anthrasite grey to see what it looks like .So keeping busy Len

The original foam is pretty naff. I used a strip of the loop side of velcro. Much more resistant to rotting/ falling apart.

Re-fitting a replacement rear window ,it seems the end holes on the window seem to need extra long pop rivets Non of mine are long enough to go through the metal strip the window surround and the large metal hoop Len

Ive held the window metal strip and frame tight together with Mole grips and pop a pop rivet in slowly but surely another job being done .Len
