So you need to get to the lock mechanism if I understand correctly. First I would try to seize the cable, but in this case the cable is not broken if I read it correctly. The only option I think is to break one of the front lights so you have a hole for reaching the lock. Other options may be through the wheel arch after removing the plastic inner wheel arch, or from the bottom. But no experience on my side, good luck, one of my nightmares, this happening.
