Spray white grease in there?

White grease purchased and duly sprayed. Still not quite there.

I did find in the lock where the door strike slides into the door a piece of rubber. It's triangular shaped and has a sort of ribbed tail.
Not sure if it's from the latch, or somewhere else.

Currently looking online to see if I can find an exploded view of the contents of a door lock.

Any ideas please?

OK thanks.
Has anybody taken a lock assembly apart maybe or seen a photo of the innards?
Can't seem to find one myself.
