Hi all, at the risk of getting shouted at and told to find the search bar I need new tyres.

I've currently for Toyo proxy's (arrow shape tread) and have found them god awefull (although I know many/most swear by them). Back end steering by its self lots.

After much searching I seem to be looking at falken 914
205/50/15 XL on the rear
185/55/15 or 195/50/15 on the front.

First up is this correct on a 98 f vvc with 5 spoke 15" wheels.

Where are people finding these, especially the ones for the rear as I can't seem to get them anywhere.

Although mine is a TF I used to have the ZE914's on it when it was last used back in 2018. Since putting it back on the road again a few weeks back I put the Falken ZIEX ZE310 tyres on and am suitably impressed. Perhaps a set of those would work well? If I recall correctly I saw online that they are ok for the MG's. So far touch wood mine haven't let me down in the wet or dry.

Don't worry, I love Toyos but I know not everyone gets on with them.

IIRC it should be 185/55/15 F and 205/50/15 R or 195/50/15 all round.
