Hi there, just signed up, already finding the site very useful and informative. Working my way through the shopping list of things I want to change/upgrade on my recently-acquired TF160 (oil/air/brake service done, SS cooling pipes done, HG/timing belt scheduled, coolant level sensor here but not fitted yet, etc., etc.), and one thing that's annoying me is being able to confidently identify iridium plugs - strong preference for NGK - that are compatible with the TF160. (VIN....62xxxx). I'm going down rabbit-holes with this. So, I have the NGK catalog from 2019 and it calls out PFR6N-11, which is a platinum type - can anyone here share the PN for the iridium equivalent, or confirm if such a thing exists? Many thanks!

I use NGK Laser Platinum PFR6N-11 / 3546. That is what was recommended. No issues after 2 years since they were installed.

I too use NGK Platinum PFR6N-11 / 3546 plugs in my F, have for the past 9 years.

I believe that NGK iridium plugs are: BKR6EIX-11 / 3764

Don't waste your money on iridium, as far as I'm aware there are no benefits and possibly detriment due to the hardness, I've used ngk platinum for years without issue, better off getting solid copper ignition leads and a piper cross panel filter
