How do you open the key fob and simple replace the battery?

Hi ,Which key fob ? Lucas ( square ) or Pectron ( Oval ) . The Lucas type is just a clam shell which prises apart from where the key ring loops through . The Pectron has a slot on the reverse side of the buttons which if you use a screw driver will push the top of the fob off . The fob then splits in two halves .
