Has anybody any experience of using the large disc rear brake kit from MN MG Specialist. They appear to be much cheaper than the other kits on the market.
Yes they do look similar, but in reality, it only consists of finding the right size disc and making 2 blocks. The thing you are really paying for is the quality of the blocks and drilling the new holes to maintain the integrity of the discs. They are so much cheaper I wondered if anybody had used them
I got mine this autumn off Fleabay for £95, seller's tag was kezzermuldooney. Quality of all the parts seemed fine, and now they've bedded in with the almost new pads they're working well. They got a good run at the Donington track day and seemed well matched to my big front discs.
Easy to find if you search Ebay MGF big back brake kit.
