Does anyone know of a good guide online - preferably a YouTube clip?

Is it straight forward for a reasonably experienced amateur?

What else should be done at the time? I know about tensioner and waterpump.

Thanks in advance

It's not difficult, but you'll benefit from a bit of patience and some specific tools. I did my TF a couple of years ago, got the cam locking tool and a torque wrench to make sure it was right.

I replaced the alternator belt and tensioner as well when I did it, no point being in there and leaving it undone.

Think I followed the How To... on here for it. Go for it

That looks easy but unfortunately the access is a bit more restricted. I read somewhere that the bottom engine support has to be removed.. what about the second belt on a VVC engine?

It's not the bottom mount but you need to get the belt past the offside mount.

It is best to change the second belt on the VVC when you do the cam belt.
