Following on from a rebuild of the suspension set-up front and back (replace ball joints etc) I need to get the tracking done on the car.

The car is running standard suspension with 16" wheels (195 at front 215 at rear).

The car has the rear adjustable camber bars also.

I have found the following Tracking settings. Is this the best setup (or just the factory settings) or can i afford a little extra camber at the rear and a bit more TOE at the front. Suggestions please.

Those are standard.
There has been a lot of experimentation on toe angles on the MGF but I don't know of any for the MGTF.
