Hi all.
Just a quick question. Car is a MGTF VVC160, 2002 plate. The cooling hose has split at the connection with the engine. According to Rimmer Bros I need part PEH100940, but this part looks identical to part PEH100790. Is there any difference ? According to ebay PEH100790 will fit my vehicle

Hi. I had same issue 2 years ago on my vvc and on advice used the generic one ending in 70. It was a used part but had no issues since. It took me a bit of fiddling to replace the clip at one end but I’m no mechanic. Good luck. I called mgntfbits for advice.

Appears that the difference is the filter at top.
