MGF Exhaust Manifold Recommendations 6 years 8 months ago #179239

While changing my Oxygen sensor I may need to change the manifold as the thread is knackered! Therefore, I am considering replacing.

I have the four stud manifold.
Question:
1 Can I use a six stud as a replacement?
2 Does a six stud use the same Oxygen sensor as the four stud (Length of cable a concern!)
3 I have a Daytona back box and cat so needs to fit this

Welcome peoples thoughts and/or recommendations.

Thanks.

If you are going the 6 stud route you'll need the manifold and the down pipe.

The sensor will be fine as the run for the wiring is shorter.

Alternatively a decent welder can fit a nut to replace the missing thread.

I have this manifold and downpipe fitted.
Very happy with them.:yesnod:
There have been a few complaints about poor fit, but mine slotted on perfectly.

Keep an eye out for ones up for auction. You can get them for a better price.
