I attempted to do the lock/latch plate screws this weekend - left hand side one came out no problems - the other gave some resistance, a loud creak and didn't want to go anywhere, so put the old one back in and double checked the bonnet latch was lining up properly before closing the bonnet.

Exothermic cutting lance, and not only will the stuck bolts be gone in no time.....so will the rest of the bloody car!
Got a couple of these, they're not at all practical for working on cars but they are bloody good fun! They will cut through metal, concrete, anything!
