Should've read post properly!!!

Looks nice, my interiors similar.....

Silver on blue with a blue hood would look cool.
I'm thinking of red stripes for mine!

The stripe idea was to cover that blemish but thinking on it with just the bonnet done it would look odd hence the idea of the large MG decal sort of like the Triumphs of the mid 70's and 80's ........................................ that is if you can remember those. Anyway these are the seats:-

The drivers bolster has a spot of wear which will need a repair. They also need a darned good clean and feed.

The wood handbrake handle turned out to be a very poorly made DIY jobbie. So will have to do something about that. Might even have a go at making my own as I have a bit of vintage real Walnut here that I could carve up.

That steering wheel really needs to be dyed to match. I am thinking the leather bits of the rim the Walnut colour with the air bag the lighter cream/beige. The gear leaver leather cator also needs to be changed for a cream/beige one and the instrument pod which is black and poorly fitted needs sorting. As you will see here I dyed the wheel rim of the steering wheel in my 600 along with the gear shift lever:-

It fits in better with the interior .................................... at least I think so! The wheel in this was awful all sticky with caked on grease and cleaning it off revealed wear and avery sorry looking wheel hence te dye.

what type of colour did you use to dye? Looks as it covers quite good.

I used "Stubies" Rover 75 Sandstone beige leather dye and I didn't seal it either. That might have been a mistake as I have caught the finish with my thumb nail and scratched it so will need to redress it. The first coat looked like this:-

Second caot:-

and final coat:-

This was the wheel cleaned before starting with the dye:-

It was so dirty and greasy I used white spirit to clean off the grease then jiff to scrub up the rest.

Stubies sells on e-bay as well as the 75/ZT forums.

Leigh I had this same problem and after a long search and many tries i found something that really worked for me. If you still need an advice my roof car looks like new after i cleaned up using Autoglym Fabric Hood Maintenance Kit . It's not cheap, but it's effective. There's a Fabric Roof Cleaner kit - cleaner plus sponge-thingy. And then, to prevent future problems, a Fabric Roof Protector.
