Even the homeless beggars up here look after their dogs - sadly we live in a cruel world...or should I say cruel people live in this world.

What totally amazes me is when they catch these subhumans on top of the paltry punishment they receive they normally get a lifetime ban from keeping animals yet they are free to breed despite all the evidence that people who hurt children often begin by hurting animals
