Cheers!

I was careful where I sprayed it. The drive has got a nice coating of waxoil though, from where it was dripping throught the cavities on the sills. Will have to get the jet wash on it.

Are you still looking for brakes :-?

Fancy doing a deal, I have a full set of new discs and pads which I would happily swop for Wax oiling and black bits :yesnod:

So where I am I now with with my 'F?

The answer is:- just about ready for the MOT. List of jobs left is to modify and refit the rear bumper and that's about it, or so I thought. But more of that later...

Last time, I'd undersealed it and was in the process of sorting the brake lines. Despite a couple of problems, which I'd ranted about HERE they are all fitted now and I bleed them today using the old fashioned method of hooking up a length of clear tube to the bleed nipple, dunking it in a plastic bottle and pumping the brake pedal to expel the air from the system. This seems to have worked and after cleaning out the callipers previously, the handbrake now works perfectly too. So, newly painted, with braided hoses they now look like this:-

I’m pleased with the way they have turned out and I think they’ll be acceptable until I fit the AP kit some time in the next few months.
