    Hi All,

So a few weeks back I set about getting the TF back on the road and it went relatively smoothly. New exhaust, new alloys and tyres, a bit of general maintenance followed by a fresh MOT, some tax and insurance

On the MOT there was a note about the brake fluid level being low and I confirmed that with the flashing of the handbrake light on the dash - fair enough I thought, hadn't been serviced in a while so probably due for replacement.......until after topping it up the problem came back.

So now that I'm working from home with Lockdown Mk2 an hour of lunchtime can be put to good use on the MG.

After loosing fluid and seeing some damp on the ground but no obvious leaks I decided to take the wheel off, jack it up and take more of a look.

Here are some videos and photos of what I have found - looks like something off of Chernobyl.

The plan is to make up a new brake line that will go from the T piece in front of the engine around to the rear where it meets the flexi with a new flexi. I've been looking at some videos on flaring and cunifer and then get a pair of rear Goodridge hoses. Do the one as a stop gap and then do the rest when the weather is better. Of course new fluid and some bleeding.

So back to the title......how did this make it through an MOT in that state :omg:
