I just bought a TF with 45k on the clock. I can see in its life, it has had 2 new cambelts - at 14k and 27k (and HG at 21k).
That last cambelt was 10 years ago and then service records stopped. Everything is in good shape on the car - all fluids good, bodywork good, no rust, clean oil. There could have been another cambelt change, but I don't know.
Q. Do I wait until the new year for a cambelt change as part of a full service or do it now? I prefer using an MG specialist that can come to the house and there is a waiting list.
