TC asked about the material the deflector was made from. You can buy metal mesh in a metal tubular frame or a glass type one. My suggestion is have a look on eBay you will be able to see the type of deflectors there are.
I've added 2 images for you first one is a glass type and the second is a mesh type hope this helps Stu

Yes, thank you. I have seen the two types, the glass type is cheaper than the mesh type, 44GBP the glass and the mesh over 100GBP. And the glass type the seller says doesn't need holes for mount it.

My question is, what its better?

I have the mesh type. It works quite well. The advantage is that it can be folded down flat. I am not sure that you can do that with the perspex type.

I have a mesh one, it can be folded down flat as previously mentioned, and of course the mesh is see through.
The installation involves drilling a couple of holes in the plastic surround behind the seats to mount the support brackets. Don't worry, you get a template with the kit to position the holes.
