Looking to do my poly bushes after i have found they are wearing out (thanks to the long advise list on the MOT) and have some questions:

Is it cheaper buying a sub frame set at the time or both frames at once?

Can someone send me a link to what they would recommend?

I used AutoBush on the front of my F, because they were on special offer at the time, I replaced the shock absorber bushes with the ones from B&G and the tie bar bushes at the rear are Polybush (see photo) I also fitted the motobuild torque tamer bushes kit .to the bottom engine steady.

Would feel there is a difference using that set up compared to just fully poly bushing or was it they were just cheap at the time?
