Coming up to 41 years in the power industry here: man and boy.
Now out to grass lecturing on power plant.

Where did the years go..... I do industry inductions for apprentice intakes each year: doesn't seem that long since I was being talked at by an old git..... Now I am the old git...... :slapme:

I'm guessing it was the old one, I passed it in '89' as far as the Engineer's name is concerned I forget, but suffice it to say his methods of getting the message across were excellent, he was a southerner and had a liking for red wine and apparently, after leaving behind his file folder, a penchant for errm, err, naked ladies !

Back on topic.............

Not yet talkingcars... I thought I saw a detailed schematic somewhere .... Perhaps you know the ID of the return hose to the expansion tank?

Sorry, I have no idea, I've never touched the cooling system on any K series.

When I was plumbing the cooling on my T16 maestro I used a mix of 8mm, 15mm and 28mm copper.
