At that time of night you might even be able to drive around in circles up and down the Euston road, or hover in the taxi rank.

Good luck indeed :broon: .

As a kid I used to like visiting London the train fare was about 20p :yesnod: yes it was quite a while back. We lived half way between London and Brighton just north of Gatwick Airport. It was 5p on the train the Three Bridges station where one had to change lines to get to Crawley Town station so we tended to use the bus for Crawley.

My last trip into London was last January to collect "Blue 33" from Richmond ins South London and the roads were in shocking condition. That train trip cost £29 :omg: .

Trying to work out where to meet Gareth at Euston tonight at Midnight as the car park (where the pick up point is) apparently shuts then LOL ... Looks like a side road by the station so I'm plumping for that!

Sitting in a car in a side Road near a London Station.... at midnight .... those helpful blue uniform wearing people might think you are after something else :spank: other than a fellow MG enthusiast!

I hope all goes according to plan for all involved.

£29 .... I used to travel to London from Southampton for work until 2010, £67 per day 3 days per week, until I worked out that I could buy a first class weekly ticket for for £183 per week. I just couldn't bring myself to buy a monthly or longer as the initial outlay was just to huge to stomach.

Yep £29 but you have to pick an off peak time and book online. I used Network rails site as it was miles cheaper than the Trainline ............................................................. huge saving on thier price.

Small world it is .. my first home was in the tower block opposite Reigate Police Station and my second was just down the road in Axes Lane, Salfords.
