Alternator bracket 9 years 5 months ago #151197

Hi all
Well I have just bought one of those up rated alternator brackets from MG MANIA £22:99 so will get it Thursday and it will go on the car Tuesday week :broon:
The grease nipples will be done also along with the N/S/F wheel hub and bearing as there is a noise coming from it

Yes like the idea of the modified alternator bracket,,,,,,,,,thinking of making one.........ive seen the rose ends for sale on ebay and the hexagon bar in stainless also listed........believe you need a left hand thread rosend and a right hand thread rosend......drill and tap the the bar..........taps also needed but i have access to enginering tools at work

Yeah you need left and right threaded ends so you can alter the length by rotating the hexagon bar. :yesnod:
