Been down to lil lock up to do a bit of service work on Penelope, replaced all 4 nipples and gave them a good fresh greasing, while she was up in the air I put a pry bar under all ball joints and bushes, all were good exept the anti roll bar bushes and the shock absorber bushes have seen better days, but front & rear N/S shocks are damp, Now could explain why she feels floaty at 70 + mph on motorways, so my next job is replace all shocks with bush's & replace the D shape front anti roll bar bushes

Fit a front splitter to cure the floating feeling above 70mph.

A little update, Yesterday i took Penelope for a ride out to wales via the M6, M54 at 70MPH (cough) and since greasing all 4 grease points, the floaty feel is about 90% cured, it felt a lot more stable and planted to the road. I think new shocks and anti roll bar bushes should sort out ride, and a front splitter is now on the shopping list
