UNACCEPTABLE POSTS
Do not make posts about race/racism, highly sensitive or controversial subjects, any material which is exceedingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, extremely sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violate of any law, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any form of solicitation. Do not make posts, avatars and/or attachments with Not Work Safe (i.e. NWS) content, links, images and/or animations. This type of content will be removed, following a warning and or account suspension of the member in question. Do not make pointless/useless posts (or `free posts`), roll call posts or any posts that is a waste of server resources and bandwidth. They are not allowed and will result in your post count being set to zero and the possibility your account being suspended. Do not make posts that incite arguments, or any post that turns to arguments and flame wars, etc... Posts of this nature will not be tolerated and can result in the immediate closing or deletion or editing of the post and the suspension of the posting members account. We reserve the right to close or delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to report the post via the thread option Report this post to a moderator or contact us directly at webmaster@mgfforum.com. We have the ability to close or remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that closing or removal of the post is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. When a post is locked or deleted, it is for a reason. Do NOT make another post in continuation of the locked/deleted posts or your account is subject to being suspended. Do NOT make a new post demanding explanation of why a post was locked or deleted. If you would like explanation of a closed or deleted post, e-mail the moderators of the forum in question. If and when a member account is suspended and/or banned, it is for a justified reason. THE `Classifieds / For Sale` SECTION
The `Classifieds` section of the the-t-bar.com is for private sellers offering the sale of individual items. It is NOT for any person, company or business of any size or type (including salvage yards and used parts companies) to sell merchandise of any retail nature or to make a profit. Any company attempting to sell multiple quantities of items or in a retail nature without being a paying advertiser of this site is subject to being billed. As a prerequisite to post in the 'Classifieds' section, new members must have one month (30 days) or 30 posts with the forum prior to selling. If your profile does not meet this criteria, the post will be closed and or removed.
BUYER BEWARE!
Internet scams can happen at any time. The owners, providers and administrators of the-t-bar.com are not responsible in any way and cannot guarantee the ability of a seller to complete the transaction or the quality of the items. It is strongly recommended that you use C.O.D. or an online escrow service. Always use common sense and do research on the product and the seller before making any deal.
GROUP PURCHASES
Group purchases are for the benefit of this site's members and paying advertisers. Members are to post what they would like a Group Purchase on, and wait for a supporting vendor to reply and set it up from there. Group Purchases may be set up by a paying advertisers of this site ONLY. Only exception is if the sponsor(s) do not carry the item/product advertised. If a vendor is willing to make a profit from this site, they should be willing to step up and become an advertiser and give back to the site that is helping them make the profit. Any post made containing information on a Group Purchase being handled by a company who is not a paying advertiser of this site will be locked or deleted. Any company attempting to set up or promote a Group Purchase without being a paying advertiser of this site is subject to being billed for services. ADVERTISING
