Seat cleaning and short term bolster fix. 11 years 10 months ago #52353

Roof always down, coffee spills daily and a smoker to boot! = Major stains!

Anyway, a quick vacuum, a foam rinse and scrub soon got things back in order.

Before cleaning.

Here's the stuff I used. 99p from 'Bargain Homes'.

Turned out a lot better than it was before cleaning.

The seat bolsters looked tatty. So, I did a short term fix with shoe shine. A great longer term fixing guide can be found by clicking here >> Leather seat renovation - How to. Courtesy of David Aiketgate.

Not a bad 2 minute job. :)

Looking much better Leigh B) well done.

I bought a steam cleaner a few years ago, well worth the investment.

You can use it to clean almost every bit of your car. Upholstery and carpets are rejuvenated after a steam clean.

Not found anything better for cleaning the grout between tiles and all those hard to reach places in the bathroom.

Hi,

You wouldn't know what to use on cream seats would you?
